Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@thezealusco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- Having a excessive or irregular return history
- Returns where items have been worn, altered, damaged or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
All returns will be issued refunds in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Non-returnable items also include:

Exchanges
Because we can't ensure of the availability of certain sizes, styles and items as it is routed to the distribution center, except for very limited circumstances, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
Refunds
Any refund will be issued to the original form of payment that was used for an order in the event that it is canceled. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days to post to your account.
All returns will be issued refunds in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchase. Shipping Cost are non-refundable. If a refund is issued the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
