Shipping policy

Please allow 15-30 days for your order to arrive. We ship products from all over the world to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes it may take a little longer but it is worth the wait. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a reasonable time, please make sure that your address is correct and includes all relevant and required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, and route information is critical for ensuring on-time delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is wrongly entered at the time of purchase. 

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes the package to reach its destination once it has been picked up from the fulfillment center by a carrier. Depending on a number of factors it may take up to 2 days to process. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. (Not including holidays and weekends)

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you refuse any shipment, you will be fully responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returning the package to us. 

Delivery Claims

If you experience a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it; you must contact us in 7 days to file a claim.

Zealus & Co. is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed as being delivered.
